Race Away RPM was built from a shared passion for motorsport and a clear understanding of what the industry was missing. Behind every race is an army of people whose movements, paperwork and logistics must run with the same precision as the team on the pit wall. Yet too often, drivers, engineers and support crews were forced to coordinate visas, travel and relocation themselves; or rely on non-specialists, costing time and energy and risking performance.
Kieran brings extensive motorsport experience through his motorsport marketing company, Further Reach; Kim and Boston bring global immigration and mobility expertise, having created Finding La Dolce Vita, a luxury immigration firm featured in Forbes, and VENTUNO, a global mobility company for international yachting crew. Together, they recognised that motorsport needed a dedicated mobility partner built for the pace, pressure and precision of elite competition.
